Job Title: Law Clerk at Welle Law
Experience: Practical experience in construction law and related litigation preferred
Salary: Based on experience
Location: Bloomington, conveniently located on the Metro Transit Blue Line
Job Type: Part-time during school year (8-10 hours/week), full-time in summer (20-40 hours/week)
Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research and writing on construction law cases
- Assisting attorneys with case preparation and management
- Contributing to the firm's work product with strong writing and research skills
- Working independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- Excellent writing and research skills
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge or experience in construction, engineering, or architecture is a plus
