I would like to ask lawyers who have done appellate work about argumentation (both in briefs and oral arguments), but I'm not sure where to post them. The "Free Help and Advice from Professionals" forum seemed most appropriate, but I cannot start a new thread in that section. Any advice?
Thanks!

Re: Questions for Appellate Lawyers: Where Should I Post Them?
The "Professionals" in that forum are people engaged in businesses that help students take the LSAT/apply to law school. If you're looking for "professionals" as in practicing lawyers, you can post in Ask a Law Student/Graduate.
Keep in mind that people here aren't allowed to post actual legal advice about a real case (I don't know if this will apply to your question, just throwing it out there).

Thanks for responding! I’ll definitely post in the “Ask a Law Student/Graduate” forum…and I’ll avoid questions requiring case-specific answers.
