Complete 9/7. Decision mailed on 10/24. From the past couple cycles it looks like it could be about 10 days until letters are received...even within Texas. Baylor seems to have good employment outcomes. There also seems to be some TLSers who aren't down with Baylor, but I haven't seen this criticism first hand. I'm looking to stay in Texas, so Baylor is one of the great targets, I think.

For what it's worth, I still can't log in to the seat deposit page and I got my acceptance letter 3 days ago.
So, for anyone using that as an early indicator for if you got in or not, it might not be as effective as in other years...
But alas, I'm just one data point.

Status checker shows decision mailed 11/28 for me and I was able to log in to the seat deposit page. Hopefully this means I'm inelcamino4 wrote:For what it's worth, I still can't log in to the seat deposit page and I got my acceptance letter 3 days ago.

Yup. I think that means you're good. Never heard of a false positive in that respect. Congrats!Nobiggie wrote:Status checker shows decision mailed 11/28 for me and I was able to log in to the seat deposit page. logging into the seat deposit page is just successfully entering your lsac number/info and continuing forward right?Nobiggie wrote:Status checker shows decision mailed 11/28 for me and I was able to log in to the seat deposit page. Yep. Next page listed my information and option to pay one of the two deposits.snw2367 wrote:logging into the seat deposit page is just successfully entering your lsac number/info and continuing forward right?Nobiggie wrote:Status checker shows decision mailed 11/28 for me and I was able to log in to the seat deposit page. Re: Baylor c/o 2020 Applicants (2016-2017)
Got acceptance packet in mail for spring term, half scholly and 2.75 stips (curve is 3.1 I think so this means top 3/4 of class, but stip is strict GPA not class rank).
I am aware of the Baylor hatred on this board but the more I look at Baylor the more I like what I see.

My decision was mailed 12/1 and I still haven't received it so be prepared for snail mail to be true to its name lol. I logged on to the seat deposit page and it lets me through to pay so hopefully that means acceptance!

Re: Baylor c/o 2020 Applicants (2016-2017)
My decision was mailed today, yet I cannot log into the seat deposit page. My numbers (especially LSAT) are way above baylor's 75ths, so id be somewhat surprised if I was rejected, but who knows.

Decision mailed yesterday. Applied 1/11. Pretty quick turnaround so hopefully it is a good result.

No I am not. I applied with >25% GPA and 4 points over the 75% LSAT so I think it will be okay, but no seat deposit yet. I am also in state

applied 1/6 decision mailed 31st. No update on requirements in terms of seat deposit etc. Is that a bad sign?

Re: Baylor c/o 2020 Applicants (2016-2017)
I don't think it necessarily is. I remember waiting for a while for this too. I never hear from Baylor period. They've contacted me a lot less than the other schools I was admitted to.emilycc1026 wrote:applied 1/6 decision mailed 31st. Seriously? What are you waiting for?
