Okay,

so just got score back, first time test taker.
167
3.94
What are my odds anywhere? I probably won't retake because I have a job offer I have to decide on by the end of this month.

You should retake. You might squeeze a lower t13 with no money. You get 5 more points on a silly test, you are looking at $$$ from Chicago/Columbia. You are a perfect candidate to retake.
