Anyone else above/around both 75ths and not get offered any scholarships? Submitted 12/29, complete 1/2, admitted 1/31.

Same! I was admitted around the same time period. I received another offer from a higher rank school for full tuition. So, I might try to use that to negotiate with Howard. yeah im above both gpa and lsat medians and they aren't offering me any money either.
