Submitted my application on Friday! UW Law seems to be a regional school with some employed here and there in CA. If you mean like corporate law firms, yeah T14ers take jobs at big firms in Seattle, but there's quite a bit of UW alumni in big firms too if you look up associates at any of the big firms.

Yeah I'm on the fence about a retake. Don't know if December would be enough time to establish better habits. I think, regardless, I'm going to ED. Why not, I have nothing to lose. Unless your GPA is terrible, as a veteran with a 164, you should be good. Another take couldn't hurt, however. My understanding is it's because their in-state tuition rates are low, and they're the top school in the region. Plus people love Seattle.
