It's just lunchtime in Chicago, so there's a chance.
Sorry, late relative to the time they started sending them out last year. Here's to hoping.

Three years ago they came out at about 4:30 CST 4 days after the first UR4. Two years ago they went out around 1:20 CST 2 days after UR4. Last year was about 10:30 CST 2 days after UR4.

hth

Edit: 3 -> 4 days 3 years ago (3 day weekend because of MLK day)

Not sure if anyone did the FAFSA and added Chicago as a school there, but I got an email that went straight into my spam folder from the university informing me that they now require us to enter a different federal code than the one used in previous years.

Just a friendly FYI!

Just got an email from Chi, but apparently the graduate and UG schools are using the same FAFSA code this year. The financial aid office reached out told me and told me to update the FAFSA..

If you post that, better hope the person behind that screen isn't game for trolling. Setting yourself up for some prime cranks.

Historically, no. I checked LSN from last year, and it looked to be roughly 60% admits, 20% WL, and 20% rejections.

Chances of decisions today should be pretty high based on the last 3 years, right?

Considering the date, yes. But it looks like the last couple of years they've released midweek, so wouldn't be surprised if we didn't hear until Tuesday, next week.

If we went UR4 on the 17th, is it certain we'll receive decision in the first wave, whether good or bad? Don't think I could handle more silence after Columbia this week

Nothing is certain, unfortunately.
