Financially, does the school offer a lot of assistance? My only fear is living in NYC for 3 years, incurring massive debt, and not getting a job in the city when I graduate. The school is such an attractive option because of their academic reputation and location, but I have some fears.

I just got the same phone call. I didn't think until after I'd hung up to ask her about this, but maybe you know? Does guaranteed mean that the amount will always cover the tuition amount regardless of hikes, or does it mean without stips?
