I'm a big law associate and bugged people enough to switch from corp to lit that they finally let me. But in a possible case of "be careful of what you ask for" I have been thrown into a cluster of cases involving the UCL/CLRA/FCA and disgorgement. I am wholly unfamiliar (of course) but need to catch up ASAP. Are there any California/ Federal primers or guides you all would recommend?
