Digital LSAT

Post by ps236 » Wed Jan 08, 2020 2:07 pm

I'm a retaker from the days of pen and paper (I took the test in June 2017 and got a 161), and understand that the LSAT is now offered only as a digital test.

I spent some time reading the LSAC materials about the digital changeover (https://www.lsac.org/lsat/taking-lsat/a ... gital-lsat) but have found the depth of information available about the current exam to be lacking. Details like the kind of tablet to use when studying and a lack of digitized materials are frustrating me as I start the process of studying again.

I did see that PowerScore has digitized previous tests, which is a great starting point, but I wanted to see if anyone on here had any insights into how they prepared (i.e. did you get a tablet? Pen and paper?) and what their experience taking the digital LSAT was like (how did scratch paper work? problems with the tablet? how did digital/nondigital study impact your test taking abilities? etc.)

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
