Iowa Law c/o 2018

Post by Sunshine619 » Thu Mar 26, 2015 1:52 pm

Hey I didn't see an Iowa Law thread so I figured I would make one. If there is one could someone link it?

I committed yesterday and am super excited. Does anyone know about housing options? If you are looking for a roommate I am a clean dude who isn't too loud.

Anyone else excited for Iowa?

I am also going to Iowa- housing is incredibly hard to find in non-managed places. I had to drive down to Iowa with check in hand and turn around a lease in about 3 hours in order to get the place I'm at now.

Guess it's you and me so far then, eh?

I will be joining the Iowa College of Law in August! I am very excited. I am from rural Missouri and am excited to attend Iowa.

This threat is pretty anemic...but I would love to hear from some more people planning on attending!

Look forward to meeting people in Iowa City in a few months!

That new facebook page for the class of 2018 is fairly anemic too, TBH.

I wonder how big our graduating class even is? There's about 107 members in the group and a decent number are staff/2L/3Ls... Guess we'll see maybe?

Yeah not much activity here or in the Facebook group. If the class size remained small I wouldn't mind. But I'm sure a lot of people are still undecided. Id imagine it'll be the same size as c/o 2017 numbers.

How many was that exactly? I know Collins Byrd mentioned he was going for the 120-150 range when I got a chance to meet him.

At the ASW thing, they said they were aiming for around 150 if I recall correctly.
