2L here-- first year fall schedule will be 3-4 classes and a writing class. Next semester will be 3-4 and a writing class (which will include the Moot Court program). You'll need to take these 7 classes total over the course of the year: Torts, Contracts, Property, Civil Procedure, Criminal, Constitutional Law and Legislation. I think the order gets mixed up depending on what section you are in.esrom55 wrote:Can any lurking 2L's or higher shed some light on the first-year fall schedule? I found this rundown of the spring schedule but can't find a comparable one for fall.
Just trying to figure out what to expect....

Class timing will be typical 9-5 with breaks in between-- earliest class I had started at 9, latest started at 3:30 I think. Your writing class will be more up in the air and will meet once a week for 50 minutes at any point during the week, and can end as late as 8. Classes are spaces out throughout the week, two sections had class everyday and one section was off Fridays. Was this more what you were looking for?
I'm working at a state govt attorney general's office-- pretty interesting and substantive.

C1, does anyone have experience with Pettit (Contracts), Harper (Civ Pro), or Zeiler (Torts)?esrom55 wrote:How many other 1L's are on here? I'm in B1. Anyone else?
Helpful upper levels like Zero, any comment/advice on these professors: Hylton (Contracts), Gugliuzza (Civil Procedure), and Baxter (Torts)?
