Social media & Law School

Do you watch what you put on Social Media? Do you ever rant about your classes or professors online? If you go to Harvard Law school, your social media account could possibly get you in trouble. Harvard has a social media policy that states, “When using social media or other forms of communication designed to reach members of the public, no one may repeat or describe a statement made by a student in class in a manner that would enable a person who was not present in the class to identify the speaker of the statement.” This policy currently doesn’t have any penalties listed.
