So my grades for the fall semester were B, B, and B+ at NYU. I'm hoping to go into biglaw, and I have prior work experience at a top 5 firm. What should I shoot for going forward, and what are my chances realistically?

biglaw is definitely still in play. Focus on improving your study proces for next semester (see where you went wrong by reviewing your exam, get advice, form a study group, etc.) and you change things around from there.
