Here are my first year outlines. They all date to the 2012-13 school year. Civ Pro, Torts, Property, and Contracts were all basically year-long five-hour courses (but were divided so they're divided into two distinct parts, e.g. Civ Pro I and Civ Pro II). I hope they come in useful to you:

Spring Outline (Concurrent Interests cont'd, Leases, Sales, Easements, Servitudes, Govt Regulation)

Fall Outline (Intentional Torts, Actual Causation, J&S Liab, Loss of Chance, Consecutive/Concurrent Causation, Negligence (Duty & Breach))
