I'm not going to be at American, but am looking for a potential roommate situation in D.C. It is hell just trying to look. I will be starting at Howard Law in the Fall

Not well. I'm concerned I might be homeless.

Archstone has a shitload of apartments in that area. Van Ness, Consulate, Cleveland House, etc

Hi Lovies,
I'm a rising 2L at WCL, and I'm looking for a roommate to share a 2 BR in Friendship Heights (1 metro stop away from Tenleytown). The space available would either be a shared bedroom or a converted living room with rent around $700, utilities incl. except tv/internet. The building is a half a mile from the FH metro and 2 miles from campus. there would be 4 of us ladies altogether (1 WCL-er, 2 SIS kids) but that's how it stays pretty cheap.

This place is baller--has a pool, sundeck, sauna and the apt has a living room, dining room, AND BALCONY. For around $700. How amazing is that. You can check it out for yourself at http://www.northparkave.com.

If I had your profs, I'll give you some outlines or tips. If not, I'd prefer not too much drilling me or stressin, I don't want to relive 1L on top of my 2L yr and you could probably find better gurus in the law school world.

Move-in date is July 30 or later. E-mail (susannacarlson@gmail.com) for more info, pics, floorplan, application, etc.
