Is top 14 transfer from a top 25-30 doable?

If you have a 3.0/178 can you break the top 30?

If you do end up at a top 30 or tier 1 law school and rank better than top 5% is it possible to transfer from a top 30 to a lower top 14 like uva, Georgetown or northwestern or ucla (not top 14)?

Yes.

Now, instead of imagining these hypothetical scenarios, go study for the LSAT so that you have a shot at actually getting a 178.
