Transferring somewhere in Florida

Does anyone know how difficult it is to transfer to UF, FSU, FIU, Miami or Stetson? Also, if I choose not to transfer, does anyone know how difficult it would be to find a job in Florida after graduating from a place like the University at Buffalo?
