Trying to figure out where on the Berkeley site it has our reading for the week, actually. Did the one for tomorrow.
let me know if you find it. I can't locate it at all. it looks like profs can add a syllabus to the coures listing that has the books and such, but none of them have.
why can't they make it easier for us...

Have you gone to bspace?
https://bspace.berkeley.edu/
Just enter your calnet id/password and you should see tabs for your individual classes.
And believe it or not, it is getting easier. Early last year, they started consolidating all the various websites you'll get to know and love (bspace, Bearfacts, Telebears, Airbears (wifi)) to give access with one user name & password. It's a small thing, but also huge...

After spending half of the semester's budget on books, I'll be working for food. Hooray for fitting right in in this hippie town.

If you added your classes to telebears only recently, I believe there's a delay in the update to bspace. You should expect those tabs to appear the day after you signed up for your classes. (I know mine did). And not all class tabs are added at the same time.

they seem to have a quirky sense of humor around here...maybe they charge that much to take hidden camera pictures of our shocked/saddened/surprised/purposefully stoic/etc. faces, actually use those for our Facebook, and then give us a partial refund?

Me too!
Quick word for those searching for reading assignment that aren't on bspace yet... some profs have them linked to their bios as well. Two of my profs did this.
Try going here:
http://www.law.berkeley.edu/php-program ... p#facultyM
Find your professor, then at the top click on "courses" (tabs are just words, example below) and there may be pdfs of the syllabus or some other handout.
general • courses • teaching evaluations • cv • publications
Good luck!

Still missing a class on BSpace, even though I registered via Telebears on Thursday. Oh well, everyone else in my CivPro class should be in the same boat.

I just added my classes and my reading assignments aren't visible in bSpace. Is anyone here taking Civil Procedure w/ Vetter and/or Torts w/ Levy and know the assigned reading? If so, I'd really appreciate a PM or post with the details or another suggestion as to where to get the info. I tried gymboree's trick but no luck there. Thanks!

I'm in Vetter's class and apparently our class roster has not been posted to bSpace yet, which is why the tab doesn't show up for us. But I emailed his FSU and our assignment is p. 585-606 in our casebook!
Oh, and Levy's assigned reading is p. 1-10 in the casebook.

I live in Ida Jackson and already got to experience the wonders of proximity to the frat houses last night. Hopefully this doesn't become a weekly occurrence... :/

Do you have Vetter? If you get a bspace page it will be in the last week of class, and there will be nothing on it. He will announce the readings in class.
Get ready for mass confusion and to have a love affair with your E & E.
Also, if anybody needs the civ pro book for Vetter's class, PM me. I can sell you mine although it's going to take at least until Tuesday to dig it out of my storage unit.

I also have a property book for Van Houweling, Torts book for Sugarman, and a crim book for Murray if anyone is interested. They have some highlighting but I use twisty crayons so it's far less annoying to look at. If Sugarman is still assigning that Torts short stories book I have that too. I also have two copies (Amazon sent me an extra by mistake) of that Berring research and writing guide. It's all half of whatever you would pay at the bookstore, but I can't get it to you until Tuesday evening at the earliest. If you get a book from the book store, don't write in it and then return it (which lots of people do) it would work.
Send me a PM if you're interested.

If you have Vetter, someone posted on our FB class page that she emailed the FSU and found at that the reading is p. 585-606 in the casebook.
