What are the chances of getting off W&M's waiting list???

I really loved William and Mary and was so bummed to be put on their WL...anyone have any advice on how to get myself bumped up - I've already visited the dean of admissions and am about to email her a follow up...

I think last year they only let in a couple off the WL and they were URMs, but I'm not sure. Just make sure they know they're you're first choice.
