Applying to Multiple Offices

Post by Anonymous User » Wed Sep 16, 2020 12:28 pm

I am exploring working in major markets like Chicago, NYC, and DC, as well as some markets that aren't so ties-sensitive. Does it help or hurt my chances when applying online to apply for multiple offices? Afraid it makes me look like I am not really committed to an area, but I also want to have as many chances as I can. Thanks!

Definitely feel like it hurt my chances with K&E. I didn't get an interview in my home market with their office, and it's one of the easiest offices to get an interview for since their classes are huge and their turnover is crazy high. I had a really good GPA my first year and got interviews with much more prestigious firms.
