Does anyone have experience with this? I am considering a lateral move and I have heard they are often willing to give signing bonuses. Want to assess what, if anything, would be an appropriate ask.
Thanks!
Edit to clarify: I am not talking about a signing bonus to compensate me for a foregone year-end bonus. I plan to stay at my current firm until I get my year-end bonus. My goal is to then move to Quinn and collect a signing bonus.
