So I recently got offered a position with the Securities and Exchange Commission at a regional office, and will do the internship this coming summer. I posted a question of my own a while back about this SEC summer law student gig, and enough people had questions about it that I figured I would throw it on here. Ask away!

How long did it take from interview to offer?

It took about a month and a half, but that may have been because it was over the winter break, and I understand that many federal employees accrue their days off during the year and use them in December.
