Looking for a 2BR in NYC for mid May-to early August (neighborhoods: Chelsea, Greenwich, Soho, Union Sq, etc.).

Have a Chicago 1BR/1Ba I'd be willing to swap, but its in Hyde Park. Across the street from the metra/6 bus though, so easy access to the loop (15/20 minute commute max).

- $965/month + ~$30/month for utilities
- 2 bedroom/2 bath (you'll get your own room and bathroom; other roommate is law student)
- Located close to the 10/405 freeways
- Easy access to Century City/Santa Monica/Westwood, ~30-40 min commute to Downtown
- Underground garage parking w/ assigned spot
- Hardwood floor in living room, carpet in bedroom
- Furnished with queen size bed, drawer, desk, kitchen appliances

looking for a 3 bedroom place in DC if that exists or a 2 bedroom where the second bedroom can fit a twin-sized air mattress/already has 2 beds in it (lolol)

at least one of the rooms has to have a full+ bed (sharing with a couple)

june 6 till august 12 lol
