So I am pretty sure I am not going to get an offer (1 more CB to hear back) and I'm still pretty set on big law,what are the chances of me getting a big law job after graduating without the second year SA?

A couple of my classmates at a much lower ranked school got biglaw interviews toward the end of 3L / summer after. One of my classmates accepted a biglaw offer a week before graduating.
It's unlikely, but it can happen.

If I were you, I would do a bunch of judicial internships between now and the summer and hopefully land a clerkship position post graduation. That will lead to big law.
