Employment discipline explanation
On the character and fitness section of my application, I submitted an addendum to explain a disciplinary action when I was in college. I did not submit the official conduct report sent to me by HR. Looking back at it, it seems like I might have over-explained in the addendum in a way that might raise questions if the bar was to talk directly with the other people involved. How common is it that the examiners would ask for additional references in order to talk directly with the other people involved? Also, how common is it that they would want to contact an HR supervisor directly if the company discarded my employee file and the HR supervisor no longer works at the company?
