Personal Statement Grammar Mistake

Post by baseballnerd88 » Thu Jan 16, 2020 2:05 am

In my PS, the grammar mistake was, "he walked passed me." The "passed" should be "past." Should I call the admissions office and ask if I can send in a revised paper?!?!?!?! I had three people look at my paper and none of them caught it!!! Am I screwed? Do I call? I don't know what to do.

It's not going to matter. I won't say no one will notice it, because it's a pretty glaring error. But no one will care.

90-95% of your application is LSAT/GPA. A single error on your personal statement is not going to make any difference.
