No need to retake if you don't want to. You should get at least some T14s with substantial (75% off sticker price) scholarships, and you have a good chance at H.

runinthefront is somewhat mistaken on some of his/her statements.
As it stands, you will snatch a few T14's (GULC included), my honest guess is you might even snatch NYU.
I don't see Chicago or Columbia admitting you straight up, I reckon waitlisted with both. YS out. H under 10% chance.
If you can re-take and get two points higher you increase your chances DRAMATICALLY. Strong PS, good LOR's, convincing why 'X' law school and a unique (some might say cliche) diversity statement and you're golden. If I were you...i'd take a few months out to re-take in September.
Best of luck

I think I'm going to agree more with runinthefront. Per mylsn, you have a decent shot at pretty much almost all the t14 (although the sample size is limited) and a non insignificant shot at H and S. However, I still think a retake is the best decision to solidify your chances and increase scholly potential, but as it currently stands you're still in solid shape. I'd recommend applying the day apps open with your current score and shoot for a retake either in September or December (maybe even both). Good luck!

After five years at this, I'm pretty sure I'm not mistaken.Andersblooms93 wrote:runinthefront is somewhat mistaken on some of his/her statements.

You can really only gain by retaking though since schools only look at your highest scoreApplepie5alamode wrote:Thankyou , I've only taken the lsat once but in scared to take another because I scored right at my pt average and I would hate to do worse

You have a shot at top 13. Just write a good personal statement and diversity statement and you will. Be good. Your stats are good.Applepie5alamode wrote:I have a 3.6 and a 166 on the June lsat and was wondering if I have a shot at the t25 or if I should retake
