3.89 GPA 167 LSAT -- Chances at Penn?

Hey everyone,

I was wondering if I had a chance at Penn law? 3.89 GPA and 167 LSAT. I know it says on this webpage that I'm in the range, but what does that really mean? Should I apply ED? I really want to go to Penn
