3.98 with a 162...
What schools should I apply to with these numbers? My softs aren't that great, I just did moot court for a couple years in college.

Just about everyone is going to tell you to retake the LSAT. Another 5 points could save you $100k+ in tuition or be the difference between taking a $50k job out of law school and a $190k job.
Only take that score if it's your third try and you have studied hard for at least 500 hours.

You have a 3.98, with some more smarter studying, your options are unlimited (e.g. YHS, full rides to T14, etc.).

It sounds like OP doesn't really have any impressive softs or WE, so I wouldn't promise them YS admission regardless of their LSAT, but yes, certainly with a 170+, the T13 from H on down would be their oyster.CardozoLaw09 wrote:You have a 3.98, with some more smarter studying, your options are unlimited (e.g. YHS, full rides to T14, etc.).
A retake is absolutely warranted here. Even a 167 would give OP vastly different outcomes than a 162. I refuse to believe someone able to achieve a 3.98 GPA is incapable of getting five more questions right on the LSAT.
