Chances for HYSCCN? GPA: 4.17, LSAT: 170

Hi!

I was wondering what you guys thought about my chances at HYSCCN? My GPA is 4.17 from a public school in Canada and my LSAT score is 170. I have decents softs (manage a theatre company, president of my university's law society, come from a low-income family).

Looks like you have a great shot at Harvard and down. What do you want to achieve out of law school? Keep in mind that Yale, Stanford, and Harvard don't award merit aid, and non-U.S. citizens aren't eligible for U.S. government student loans (the way the vast majority of U.S. law students pay tuition). A lower T13, such as Virginia, that awards you a huge amount of merit aid may make the most sense for you.

In any case, you should (if you haven't already) certainly apply to all of the T13. Best of luck!
