What are my chances?

What are my chances of getting into NYU, Penn, Columbia and Cornell? I have a 3.34 GPA (graduated in 2016, UK) and will have 3 yrs FTE in asset management (legal and reg compliance). 2 diagnostic LSATs have given me 165 and 166 and I have 4 months to focus on solely the test. I believe I can get up to the 177 mark at least. 4 letters of recommendation (2 from employers, 1 from lecturer, 1 from senior judge). Thanks in advance for your advice?
