What's Possible? 3.5 GPA 164 LSAT

Hello all! Just got my LSAT score back and I'm curious what you guys think my chances are for a T-20 school like Georgetown or USC.

I am a Native American Male in my late twenties and have lived in California my whole life.
I recently graduated from UC Davis with a 3.91 GPA but I was a senior transfer. My overall GPA (as calculated by Davis) is a 3.45 and LSAC downgraded my GPA to a 3.1 (I intentionally failed a few classes in junior college so I could retake for a higher grade)
My practice score average on the LSAT was a 167-168 but I scored a 164 on test day (Damn you circular game!!!)

I dont have any work experience outside fast food and...I was expelled from UCLA several years ago.
An ex contacted the school and made outrageous claims and I was never given the opportunity to present my side. I ended up winning in court against her, but UCLA still would not let me in. I took three years off from school after that and then went back and got straight A's at Davis.

What are my chances? I'm applying to a list of schools but I think UPenn is probably out of reach so I'm more concerned about my chances at GU or USC

I don't see any URMs with your scores. Be sure you are looking at a 3.1 GPA when you are considering your admissions chances. http://mylsn.info/r6te19/

So LSAC calculated my GPA at a 3.1. But they also calculated my "Degree GPA" at a 3.98. Will that make a difference on applying to the T20s or T14s? Also there was a five year gap between schools (my degree gpa being much more recent). I plan on writing an addendum, but a lot of schools say they look at grade trends so I am curious.

THANKS!!!

The 3.1 is what they'll use. :(

I would consider taking the LSAT again. If you are able to break 166 + you will get offers from Native friendly schools in the top 25 and you may get into some T-14.
