What's Possible? 3.5 GPA 164 LSAT

Hello all! Just got my LSAT score back and I'm curious what you guys think my chances are for a T-20 school like Georgetown or USC.
I am a Native American Male in my late twenties and have lived in California my whole life.
I recently graduated from UC Davis with a 3.91 GPA but I was a senior transfer. My overall GPA (as calculated by Davis) is a 3.45 and LSAC downgraded my GPA to a 3.1 (I intentionally failed a few classes in junior college so I could retake for a higher grade)
My practice score average on the LSAT was a 167-168 but I scored a 164 on test day (Damn you circular game!!!)
I dont have any work experience outside fast food and...I was expelled from UCLA several years ago.
An ex contacted the school and made outrageous claims and I was never given the opportunity to present my side. I ended up winning in court against her, but UCLA still would not let me in. I took three years off from school after that and then went back and got straight A's at Davis.
What are my chances? I'm applying to a list of schools but I think UPenn is probably out of reach so I'm more concerned about my chances at GU or USC
