Are my chances higher?

Would my chances of admission be greater if I told a law School that I am willing to go to that school with or without scholarhsip money? In other words, implying that I will pay for everything?
What do you think is the best way to tell them? through an addendum?

Not at any school worth going to without scholarship money.
