I know one of these things alone won't help much but what about several? For example, excellent LORs, unique PS & DS, non-URM diversity factors like LGBT, degree from high ranked school, and unconventional work experience. With these factors, is someone still basically an auto-reject if their GPA is below the 25th and their LSAT is hovering between median-25th? I'm talking about T30-20 schools. Is getting waitlisted even possible?
I already know that retaking would be smart, I'm curious about the current situation. Sincere answers only please.
How much do LORs, PS, DS, etc help your chances? Forum

I definitely think they matter. I'm in at two Tier 2 schools with a LSAT score and GPA substantially below median due to LORs, PS and unique work experience. Not to mention an effervescent personality and shear badassery. Shoot your shot!
