Re: 3.5 GPA / 165 LSAT, shot at DC?
I'd say out at UVA and GULC, in everywhere else. You should apply to American too.

Right. So if you want biglaw or a position that requires biglaw...barcafan202 wrote:State dept or DOJ. I'm aware that most of those positions require a few years at a top firm, which is why big law is in considerationcavalier1138 wrote:What does "government work" mean for you?

Not with the options that you'll have. You need to bump that LSAT up a few points and gun for UVA (or another lower T13). You could probably snag federal government work from one of the others, but you're looking for the most competitive work available.barcafan202 wrote:I know, you have my general stats. Does it seem like there is feasible chance of reaching that goal with these options?cavalier1138 wrote:

Could be useful for scholarship negotiations with other DC schools, even if you don't intend to enroll.barcafan202 wrote:Thinking about it, I'm skeptical because AU has so many graduates + only 50% working bar-required positionsgoldenbear2020 wrote:I'd say out at UVA and GULC, in everywhere else.
