I'd say out at UVA and GULC, in everywhere else. You should apply to American too.

State dept or DOJ. I'm aware that most of those positions require a few years at a top firm, which is why big law is in consideration

Not with the options that you'll have. You need to bump that LSAT up a few points and gun for UVA (or another lower T13). You could probably snag federal government work from one of the others, but you're looking for the most competitive work available.

Thinking about it, I'm skeptical because AU has so many graduates + only 50% working bar-required positions
Could be useful for scholarship negotiations with other DC schools, even if you don't intend to enroll.
