Any school with an LSAT median of 169 or lower is going to be interested, although your GPA will probably be a problem for Penn/NYU/Berkeley. Your application will probably be the difference-maker; a great one might get you over the hump at the orange schools and a bad one could get you dinged at even the green ones. Wouldn't expect a ton of money since your numbers are marginal.
