3.8 GPA, 175 LSAT: T-14?
I'm a non-URM who majored in biology at Macaulay Honors College in the CUNY system. I have some research experience that I had to do in order to graduate, but not much serious work experience. I've been working full-time for only a few months and before that the only work I did was as a kids' coach and as a counselor at a summer camp for special needs adults. What are my chances at getting into or getting money from the T-14 schools?

Find better ways to cope with the wait.

I ran the numbers through myLSN's database using a formula I came up with to fit the data; copying what I got below:
(note: Admit%/Waitlist%/Reject%)
Yale: 19% / 18% / 63%
Stanford: 27% / 27% / 46%
Harvard: 69% / 22% / 9%
Chicago: 71% / 27% / 2% || Early: 86% / 13% / 1%
Columbia: 90% / 10% / 0% || Early: 97% / 3% / 0%
NYU: 97% / 3% / 0% || Early: 100% / 0% / 0%
Penn: 65% / 33% / 2% || Early: 94% / 3% / 3%
Michigan: 70% / 29% / 1% || Early: 98% / 2% / 0%
UVA: 63% / 36% / 1% || Early: 96% / 3% / 1%
Duke: 97% / 3% / 0%
Northwestern: 91% / 8% / 1% || Early: 97% / 2% / 1%
Berkeley: 76% / 7% / 17%
Cornell: 96% / 4% / 0% || Early: 100% / 0% / 0%

Yale: 19% / 18% / 63%
Stanford: 27% / 27% / 46%
