I could see BU and GWU happening with a strong app despite the GPA.
In at BC, Irvine, and Davis with money. Hastings with full ride/$$$$.
Out at T20.

Do you think applying early to UCLA or Georgetown will help? Or even USC?

It can't hurt. Not sure it will help in a meaningful way, but the earlier the better is generally the rule.

And I just looked at USC medians. I forgot their median was 165, so I was probably too pessimistic before on them. The GPA will hold you back, but you're not an autoding at USC, GWU, and BU.

Okay, what if I am willing to pay sticker (sorry I dont mean to come off as pretentious, just very fortunate that money is not an issue)

I know nothing about your goals or preferences so I don't feel comfortable answering that, especially since your most reasonable shots are regional schools which would limit you in terms of the likelihood of certain career outcomes and geography.
