I have approximately 5 years of legal support experience

Hoping to get scholarship and keep debt down to a minimum.

I'm debating on a retake

No need for a retake. You should get in to most of the T14 minus HYS (I would guess that NYU and possibly Columbia will bite. I dont think Chi will). The schools that reject end up rejecting you will do so because of your low GPA, not because you scored a 170 instead of a 173. And HYS aren't going to bite regardless.

Congratulations on the great score!

Would it be worth it to retake for scholarship money. Like if I get above 175?

It might not hurt! Every point is potentially more $$$.
