Re: URM trying for ED to UVA
Do you have GI Bill?
You could probably get UVA on an ED if your application is rock solid outside the numbers (no guarantees of course, just saying your numbers would align with an ED), but you should only ED if you have a good way to pay for it.
Do you have any question beyond whether you'll get in with an ED?

Re: URM trying for ED to UVA
Anything about this school would help haha. I really think this is a good fit for me and am not sure how to prove this to admissions committee. I do have GI bill but would take out loans if I had to. I'd like to practice biglaw in DC so IMO, it would be well worth it. Do you attend UVA? Which field of law would you like to practice? Which fields should I avoid if I am accepted to UVA?UVA2B wrote:Do you have GI Bill?

If you have 100% GI Bill, applying ED to UVA is literally the best use of it. UVA loves veterans so it's definitely worth a shot. Just make sure your application is mistake-free and apply on September 1st. Admissions is always an enigma, so who knows what will happen but it can't hurt to try.Jdhoosier17 wrote:AA female
