Yes, a retake would significantly increase your chances. As is, you have a decent shot at NYU (without much money) and no real chance at Columbia. Bumping your score into the 170s would have a huge impact.

Also, depending on your career goals, Fordham should not be your backup option. There's a world of difference between job outcomes for Fordham graduates and job outcomes for CCN graduates.
