Re: 3.5 / 175+ / ED NU?

While NU +$150,000 is a fantastic outcome, I'm not sure if I would limit myself if I were in your situation. A 3.5/175 with work experience should land some pretty solid scholarships across the T14. Apply early, and I would have to imagine that with those stats you'll get an equally, if not more, positive outcome than NU ED. Bearing in mind that NU ED still leaves ~$30,000 in tuition on the table, plus living costs in Chicago. If you don't like your options next cycle then you can always sit out a cycle and reapply to NU ED the following year.

I disagree, I have very similar numbers and did not get near full ride numbers at any of the T14. I think ED NU is still a long shot for OP with a 3.5, but it is worth the try. They are likely to get CCN without money, MVP with less than half tuition, lower T14 with half or so.

T13 near full ride is the best case scenario when you're shooting for biglaw, or almost anything except dumb 0L nonsense goals.
