Hi all. I have a 3.45 from a T50 undergrad with a 166 LSAT. I was very excited until I learned that I have to report disciplinary offenses even if they were expunged. I had one marijuana use offense my freshman year that was expunged due to good behavior. I have not had any offenses, legal academic or otherwise since. Nearly six years will have passed by the time I start law school. Should I be worried?
Did anyone here get into UC Irvine with a disciplinary record? That's one of the schools I'm interested in.
Thanks

Do you think this will influence my admissions decision at UCI? How about other schools?

No it won't. Just disclose it and everything will be fine.zotzotzot wrote:Do you think this will influence my admissions decision at UCI? How about other schools?

Ok cool, I've heard this before, but it's still worrying to me that they need to know about a one-time thing I did when I was 18.
Why do they ask for this history? Is it because state bars do as well? Or are there some offenses that will keep you out of law school?
