Chances Off Wait List

Post by KME89 » Tue Mar 21, 2017 11:15 am

Is there a way to determine your likelihood of getting off a wait list? I already contacted Spivey and he informed me that he's full this cycle. Other than LSAT, LOCI's, letters of recommendation, etc. Is there a way to figure out what they're looking for that you can provide?

There is very little that is in your control. Who gets in off the waitlist depends on what the school in question "needs" in their class - more high LSATs, high GPAs, gender balance, geographic diversity, in state/out of state students, etc. It also depends on how full their class already is. If a school has already overenrolled, it is possible that no one's getting in off the waitlist. The best thing you can do is continue to demonstrate your interest in the school without being a pest, and if you can, try to visit
