Re: 172/3.3/URM Chances
Apply everywhere, and for the love of God, take the easiest possible classes to improve your GPA as much as possible. And if you can take even more EASY classes to boost your GPA further, do that instead of graduating early, and apply for the following cycle. Your LSAT is amazing but GPA is SO important. Just focus on that now. I wish I had taken more easy classes, or known that people even do that in the summer to further boost their GPA.
Your top choices should be HYSC and don't apply binding ED anywhere. Do not cheat yourself.

Hard to predict your cycle because you are a super splitter and Native American. But as said above, improve your GPA as much as possible (think >3.5) and you should be fine.

FWIW, I got UVA this cycle with a 173 / 3.15 / Non-URM. I think you should be fine there but definitely apply early. My interviewer specifically mentioned my applying early as a reason I was accepted.

Re: 172/3.3/URM Chances
This got buried and I want to address it:
Dude...don't...apply...ED! It takes all your scholly negotiating away, and unless you're independently wealthy, you'd be committing financial suicide by spending 300K on a JD (even one from UVA or Penn).
Apply RD. If you've got a tribal card and a 170+ you'll get into most places in the T13 (even with your GPA). You might even have an outside shot at Harvard (Yale and Stanford might be tough). So, please, keep your options open and don't lock yourself into heinous amounts of debt by making the ED mistake.

Don't apply ED. Apply to every school including Yale. Focus on getting your GPA up with and you're in.
