I think you should apply everywhere in the T14 with those stats and softs. I bet you're capable of scoring much higher than a 164 like you said. And a 3.9/168 AA URM can get in just about anywhere. LSN shows HYS having AA's with those numbers. I'm sure you;d get at least H and maybe one of S/Y just because people say they are a "black box" and have smaller class sizes.

Definitely apply to all of the T14. We have the same LSAT and you have a better GPA than me. So far, I am 8-8 in T14 acceptances, including a Harvard acceptance. If you were PT higher and have time to retake then you definitely should. That could give you a better chance at admissions and scholarship money.
