165 could make you competitive for even YHS haha good luck!renc56 wrote:Just got waitlisted from UCLA and no word yet from UT Austin (I'm assuming my softs haven't gotten me denied yet).MisterT wrote:With regards to your PT Scores, take a break for a while (a few weeks or even months) and then start again. I think I'm going to try again (mostly out of sheer frustration at making the LSAT a part-time job when it turns out I could have done something else and gotten my first diagnostic test score). Maybe the June 2017 LSAT will work out better.
Honestly think a 165 LSAT would be enough to get me into t-20 but I'm obviously not an admissions expert.

Do you mind me asking how long you had been studying? I've been studying for over a year, and I've been pushing the test back way too many times. I think a huge part of it is cause of work (full-time teacher) and just not studying right. My highest score has been a 151, and I'm blind reviewing at 157-160, however after finally breaking through the 150's, my next PT was an abysmal 140 :/ I'm thinking about taking next week off, then get back to it until September, but I'm dead set on applying for Fall 2018, so I am definitely taking September.MisterT wrote:With regards to your PT Scores, take a break for a while (a few weeks or even months) and then start again. Do you think taking next week off, with possible light reviewing, would be ok?
