People will never stop making those dumb threads.

But I remember obsessing over whether or not I was going to get into schools so I can understand why they make those threads.

You know TLS topics are cyclical. Tis the season for admission questions. Just like it was swamped with OCI for the last couple months.

I feel like this thread should somehow always be on the front page. Maybe it would stop the many repeat questions. Though I shouldn't judge since my first post here was definitely about a GPA/LSAT question (though I had actual #s for both). How naive I was.

If it does represent donations, how do people even donate to schools? Do they casually attach it to their application? haha I really don't understand.... I didn't realize how many people donate to get into schools!

Make sure the donation is sent directly to the law school. You don't want it to go through LSAC because it sometimes gets lost or allocated for other stuff. Also, if you're going to do the $$$ approach, you need to submit the donation at least a few months ahead of the application so that they can see the benefits of the money by the time that you go under review

It's scholarships bro

You'd like to think that this thread would do something but it won't until this subforum is locked and this post is stickied as the only thread in it.

I've been posting links to this thread in people's hypothetical threads with innocuous stuff like "Hey! If you think you got a 173 on your LSAT, this thread might really help you!" I suggest you do the same.
